Title: Humidity
Post by: Kier on April 22, 2010, 07:11:20 pm
We are currently incubating bantam chicken eggs,i'm aiming to keep the humidity at 45% increasing to 55% around the hatch date. However I came downstairs asmorning and the incubator had gone down to 37%.Is this fluctuation in percentages ok?

just try to maintain it around 50 ish and remember that every time its opened it affects the humidity. try and keep it a little higher or they could end up with problems hatching.
