Hello everyone, I took a couple of Landrace cross large whites in to the abattoir three weeks ago and have just come back with what doesn't appear to be a lot of bacon.
I had the bellies into joints so there was no streaky but what would everyone else expect from the middles from one gilt finished at just over 200lbs?

Resolved, I questioned the amount at the time and left it there for them too double check they'd got the right bacon as they couldn't find my gammon either. I picked up 17 lb of bacon today, and my gammon.
