with 2 3 week lambs an a single 2 week we have had a ewe lamb twins for the first time in her six years so a half hour after giving birth it snows. i am determined not to lose any this year so shes in the byre. i thought we had got passed the snow. lots of young lambs about i hope this is not setting in.

OOOoooooooooooooooooooh NO!!! NOT SNOW!!!!! good luck with the lambing, fingers crossed we should get a hot/warm summer, as long as it's not too wet I am fine!!!

i went out sunday morning at 5.30 snow cover and yes found dead lambs 3 or 4 it does not look good this week .on Friday it was 17 nice and warm Saturday evening sleet frost bad days wensday Thursday i haven't got a lot off room .i go up the field 4 times a day with a trailer when they lamb i load them in and take them back to the barn for 3 days and then let them in the other field

It's lovely here today so far. We had rain yesterday which was quite welcome but it's cool and sunny this morning.

We ave just had a hail stone storm here.

We had hail here yesterday - took a break inside until it passed, my husband called about 9.30 this morning and said it was snowing in Aberdeen - it better stay away from here!!

sleet/wet snow showers. very cold last night. the 3 that have lambed are in with there lambs. we really don't have room for them all. so i hope it improves. the forcast is for wintery showers and the odd gale.

well its absolutely roasting down here grass is growing like stink, going to enjoy it while it lasts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
