How to I go about planting them would I just dig a trench? Fill it of soil and fire the trees in?
How far apart do the need to be it's about 100m at a guess. Chees john

They sound quite mature if they're 6ft.
Best to dig a bigger hole than you think, tease out the root ball (assume it's well bagged up), consider adding something to the soil that you put back, and consider stakes and/or tubes to support and protect thr trees.

At 6ft I'm guessing they weren't cheap so you don't want to cut any corners.
