I am trying to get my lambs ready fro slaughter and they are getting near weight however since we have had the rain they have all started to scour. They were only wormed 2 weeks ago so I cant see it is that am I just being paranoid or should I think its something else All the ewes are fine just the lambs in the field next to the ewes.

It's most likely the wet grass - but given the time of year, have you thought about fluke?
-
Fluke's certainly a possibility. You could try bringing them in and and giving them hay for a couple of days to see if they dry up a bit.
-
I had the same problem with three tup lambs that went a bit scoury after the rain we had the other week, they've been in on hay and have dried right off and looking better!
-
Didn't think fluke caused scouring?

It doesn't always, but it can. And it's a bit late in the year for worms ;)

Err...no it's not!

Some are reporting sudden increases in FEC (presumably linked to the unseasonal warm weather we - had) advise do a FEC
-
Nematodes? What group wormer did you use ?
-
Nematodes are just - "worms" do you mean Nematodirus Helly? These are controlled by any group as there is little resistance (though increasing) if a LA wormer has been used it should still be working... though possibly there is little justification for a LA choice (often pushed by SQPs instead of cheaper alternatives)... in any case do a FEC
-
Yes sorry. Group one very very fragile though.
-
WHite wormers have always been effective for Nemotodirus in this area so far Helly on the FECs I have done - very little efficacy against some other worms this time of year though
