Fresh Mackerel, in my new smoker for three hours (built from scrap ventilation pipes) oak smoked and then in to the pan for a quick fry and now in my belly, very tasty. This is as good as it can be, washed down with last years Elderflower wine !!!!!!

so what time is dinner tomorrow ;D I have just had home made waffles with home made pecan and maple ice cream
