Oh my goodness I am going round in circles on www.ruralpayments.org (http://www.ruralpayments.org) and www.gov.scot (http://www.gov.scot)!  Can anyone out there please point me in the right direction of a form or link or phone number so that I can organise my holding number?

Phone. They are really helpful in person ( at least in England) and so much easier than on 'tinternet.
