Consultation at consult.defra.gov.uk/bovine-tb/tb-in-non-bovine-farmed-animals-call-for-views.  Suggest reading the document on the front page first.  Only 13 questions.

The 'read first' doc is 113 pages!  I shall read and will probably publish a précis...
