Title: Light Sussex
Post by: Declan on March 30, 2010, 10:08:34 pm
I hatched 5 out of 6 light sussex just before christmas. Now that they are growing up to a fierce size 4 have combs developing well and the tail feathers are comign on too. One has little or no comb and the tail is slow at coming too. Is someone going to tell me the bad news that I have 4 cockerals out of 5 ?

Thanks chickenfeed that is encouraging!!!! Its my first time and to be honest it doesnt matter to me which sex they turn out to be its all a learning curve. Im enjoying watching them scurry around and the kids have now forgot what telly looks like as they are glued to the chicks!!!!!!!
