Title: Rosemary's Oat Cookies!!

Mmmmm thought you might be interested to know I have just made (and fed to my family) the Oat Cookies which Rosemary posted in a diary entry (can't remember when) and they definitely get the thumbs up! Easy and quick to make and just as easy and quick to eat! Only one has made it to the tin and that's got my name on it! :)

Have you tried the Fruit Tea loaf? Equally delicious!

If we get photos of the finished articles before they are snaffled we could have a cook book put together - maybe for charity?

Excellent idea!  No doubt I shall be making vast quanities over the Easter period!! :)
