Hopefully will be embarking on this over the weekend,

Anyone have any experience ...pitfalls,,, end product ?

Well, I have never heard of this before!! My Dad reckoned he could pick the flowers off the wallpaper and make wine with them but he never made chocolate wine! Recipe, please?
I had a glass of Lavender wine the other day, very warming and relaxing!

Its a red wine base such as blackberry but at the beginning you add cocoa powder , you are supposed to get the taste of the chocolate quite strong ...this could be a failure !!!
