I've been a member for a few years but not been around for a few years either. Had a bit of a hiccup in the whole life plan career stuff.
Am currently back in the 'shire anyway, and starting to make some plans. If only I knew how to begin!

Hello  from the hugely agricultural area of Leeds ;)
-
Ahh my old stomping grounds :D Are you in the middle bits or the greener bits?
Actually one version of my plan involves Leeds :innocent:

Welcome back! Been up to anything interesting (that you can share on a public forum ;) )
-
Still working on spinning the wool I've had for.... um... a while :dunce:
Currently the nearest thing to smallholding is an allotment which is interesting work. Sheepdog is happily retired, the lazy sod.

The greener more Westerly bits! If your sheepdog every fancies coming out of retirement to have a play with a few herdwicks at worming time let me know! ;)

Well, *I* will play with the herdies, her approach to work was always "fine, but only cos you're asking me to".
To be fair, shortly after I got her she got walloped in the ribs by a couple of Hebs, so was never so keen on the funny coloured horned beasties.

Hello, from Whitby, in gods county.... Yorkshire :excited:

My vague plans have been completely turned upside down, as per usual
Busy few weeks ahead, will try to pop back in ;D
-
...those busy few weeks included moving to Somerset... :o ;D

So give us an update :) Name change?

I've found a Manc and a Scouse in the same village, so we have a little northern enclave :innocent:
I'm helping a friend with rare breed poultry, it's a learning curve as I 've only had a few hybrids for eggs before. Also working on their veg garden. It's a lovely spot!
