Ah, so we begin to find out what hoops we have to jump through. Has anyone found out anything else about the scheme: dates of application, expected pay-out time, scheme only available to hoggs with blue eyes?

OK, just in case there are other folks around like me who don't have time to read papers - we are now a week into our 6-week window for applying.
