hi there.. does anybody have any recipes for pigeon breasts ? thanks. :thumbsup:

Just a smudge of honey and a scrunch of black pepper and salt, very quick fry in a hot pam. My very favourite in the world!!

If you can't find anyone called Pam, you could use a pan instead!

I used to know a hot Pam. She didn't have pigeon breasts though, I can assure you!  :o :roflanim:

Pigeon Pate - there was a recipe in an old shooting book 'Pigeon Shooting by Archie Coates'. The pate from this recipe was absolutely delicious - made quite a bit in the past. I still have the book.....somewhere....if only I could find it! ::) .
