Title: Applying CPH

Hello
Just a quick question regarding applying for CPH for first time

I'm not the owner, guess you'd say a tenant but I'm not paying anything for it, family friend.

The land has never had a CPH as far as I know.

Looking at gov.uk site it says RPA will want to know if I'm a tenant for 365 days or more or 364 days or less? Can someone explain the repercussion of this?
