;D ;D I worked in a residental unit with mainly adults who had DOwn Syndrome, I gave o ut the medication in the morning only to be asked by one of the males to "do me up around the back" I said, not sure what you mean, at that he lifted his shirt and he had one of the lady's Bras on...I found it hard not to giggle and asked where he had got it, he calmly said $out of the laundry" ;D
