Title: Wanted for hire-GOS Boar Scotland

Am looking for a GOS boar to hire. We are in Peebleshire, but will travel (3 hrs).
Have looked everywhere, everything is sooo far away. If you could help please contact me.

Sarah, Paul and Mary Bell from Liddesdale selection have GOS, not sure if they would hire out a boar. They are based near Newcastleton (south of Hawick), and have a website, google Liddesdale selection.

Brilliant Thanks will have a look. It is for my sister's gilt and we would rather find a boar than do AI as it is a gilt.

Try the GOS breeders website, there is a section with details of boars available.

 Try Peter McLaren at Ballencrieff, East lothian he breeds GOS and may have a boar or know of one locally. His telephone No is 01875 870080.
Good luck, I spoke to him yesterday about getting some weaners but he says he short of them this year and isn't selling any so I am going for OSBs instead.
