Post by: matt286bay on March 15, 2010, 08:44:58 pm
hi there, new to the forum, am after some gilt weaners in lincolnshire to buy, any breed or crosses, say 6 or 10 or so.
with view to keeping for breeding or fattening.

any advice greatly received as quite new to pigs on farm(worked with them commercially in the past)

Try all the breed society websites as they usually have a list of breeders and often also list what that breeder has to sell.

Good luck

hello

We are in Lincolnshire and have 4 pedigree  Berkshire gilts, ready beginning of may. £50 each to fatten, extra £25 each if you then want to register them for breeding.

Hi,

We have a litter of Saddlebacks, 4 Boars and 8 gilts, ready at the end of April.

They are strong healthy pigs outdoor reared and electric fence aware !

Asking £40.00 pounds each.

We are midway between Newark and Lincoln.
