We have seen a property for sale and would love the whole thing, but it's a little out of our price range. There is a L-shaped barn with full planning permission for them to be converted into two three bed houses. There is land available from the farmer by separate negotiation.
We are definitely keen on getting one, but the farmer would prefer to sell both together, and therefore, we thought if there were any other like minded people out there, we would be more likely to be able to live next door to each other, rather than us being keen on small time smallholding, and another couple wanting a house in the countryside, but not actually wanting to see animals etc.
The property is just over the border from Clackmannanshire, into Fife -offers over £75k for each bit. Let me know if anybody wants more details.
