I've got some sort of mildew on the gooseberries, which is a shame as it is a bounteous crop. Had it last year too and did nothing about it.
It's quite a big bush and quite congested. Could it be caused by lack if air flow? It affects the fruit even on the ends of the branches. Anything I can do about it?

Pruning certainly helps, so try to take out a lot of the branches in the middle to let the air through.
