Title: Do worms persist in hay?

Presuming that a pasture has a worm burden, do they persist if hay is made from it?
Would resting followed by mowing for hay help in managing parasites in pasture?

Because you are breaking the worm cycle then yes it will help a lot but not eradicate . Sorry for late answer
