I wish you'd stop doing this, Rosemary. I just feel content with my lot and you show a house for sale that looks perfect for me and making me jealous.  ;)

The way I am downsizing I will be rattling around in 20 acres, so the 3 acres would be ample

Oh, if only my premium bonds would come up!!!  Retirement for me, redundancy for him just around the corner, desperately need to move on. >:(
