Thank you for the advice on the ear tags, with a little help both were removed and a lot of the blue spray, sprayed. He seems much better now. However his friend a year old nubian now has a lameness problem. hs is down on his front knees, a goat friend checked his feet and trimmed a bit said they were fine, we have had antibiotic injetions and a antiimflam injection in the past two days, he is still on his knees? he is eating well, yet when he moves his front legs appear stiff. The vet here is a bit overworked at the moment, and is trying to come out by the end of the week, what could be the problem and what can I do?Any help would be great.

If he is an adult non-breeding male he may just be overfed and possibly have laminitis. I have not had any experience of it, but it seems to be affecting AN's more than other breeds. Maybe google and see if the symptons fit?
As a pet he will only need very small amounts of concentrate, if any at all.
