Shetland Beef - available around mid July.

Our beef is from grass fed, slow grown Shetland Cattle born and reared here on our small farm in Moray. Butchery is by an award-winning and highly respected local butcher.

Options:

Mixed beef box
Typical contents: 2 roasting joints, a slow roast, frying steaks, stewing steak, mince and sausages.
Minimum weight:13kg. Price: £155. Overnight courier delivery £10.

Everyday beef box
A selection of stewing steak, mince and sausages.
Minimum weight: 7kg. Price: £55. Overnight courier delivery £10.

Availability will be limited so book ASAP to avoid disappointment.
