A friend and I are pondering the idea of getting a pig around October/November time that we can then butcher ourselves splitting it half and half.
I would rather support a small holder than buy through mainstream channels. Are there any small holders in East Kent raising pigs that would be interested in selling one when it's ready. We're happy to work round sensible timings for when you send them off to dispatch.
Can anyone help?
