Title: What disinfectant do you use?
Post by: GreatDaneLover on February 15, 2010, 12:41:46 pm
I have a very large bottle of dettol which I dilute well into warm water to wash the gravel down once a week..but wondered if anything better?
Even though it's winter I still get a "whiff" from the run when it's needing done even though I poop pick-up every day  :-\

Just thinking what will it be like in the Summer...there's only 3 hens!

Or is it just one of those things? :D

Poultry shield to spray the house once a month in summer for the red mite, stalosan powder in with the wood shavings every week which keep the house from smelling and keeps the bugs away and vircon s every once in a while for a thorough clean
