as i was finishing the fence today for our goats, i could
hear kids playing and laughing together.
i first thought it was our next door neighbours kids on their dairy farm.
but as i listened again i realised it was ours!!!! and it was beautifull.
it was a lovely evening sun out, birds singing.
it was just one of those perfick moments ;D :farmer:

Aw, I had my three grandkids here this afternoon, and their Mum and I watched as big brother Keir 9, carried quite heavy little 3 year old sister Katie across my gravel to their Wendy house because she'd left her boots in the house. The three of them had a picnic, a shop, a house, a library - they took out cuddle blankets and pillows and had a mini sleepover! How they all fitted in I don't know - Beth is a very TALL 11 year old! ::)

when kids are out playing on a smallholding they do make it special, dont they ;D

Only kids I have playing are goat kids :D

Beth, Alex, Dan and I had some very confuing conversations yesterday - where kids meant goats and having them put down! Caught me short until I realised we were on young goats not young people!
