I agree the pure bred Droimeann is a lovely looking animal.
But looking at the highland crosses - they're nice looking calves but I wouldn't say they're anything special. Certainly not as amazing as in the killrowan farm write up! You get just as good, if not a better looking calf from a Hereford or Shorthorn cross, and the meat is equally as good. There is no magic in hybrid vigour. :sunshine:
