Hi we have just put away some of our last season Hebrideans and they will be due through the Butchers next week, most is accounted for but we have a couple spare looking to sell in either whole or half lambs ( butchered). Attached is a photo of one of last years racks cooked /uncooked showing the nice caramelisation / marbelling Send us a P.M. if interested
