Title: A hatching question with coccidiosis treatment

I saw a couple of white watery chicken poo's yesterday so I have started a coxoid treatment for the next 7 days.
I know there is a withdrawal period for egg consumption but could I continue to hatch the eggs produced while the treatment is ongoing?

White watery poos could be worms as well Q. Ideally you would worm all the birds before hatching their eggs to get best quality, because worms will take up some of the important nutrients needed for a developing chick.

so what if one day the poohs are a bit white and a bit watery but for the next couple of days the poohs are completely normal? Then the same again. I routinely worm with Verm-X every 4-5 weeks. So are my 6  wormy or not?

I wouldn't worry too much if the next day the poo was normal especially if you can tell which bird does it.  I saw white poos in two separate pens and I think cocci affects the the birds quickly so I treat for that first then I will treat for worms afterwards.
I cant see any white poo today but I know they havent been treated for 3 months so Its time anyway.

Verm-X is not a wormer, its a gut conditioner (at best) but its not an anthelmintic. I actually thought they were now not legally allowed to market them it as such.

well my vet says Verm-X is good and that I only need to use a pharmaceutical produce once or twice a year

yes, but it's not a wormer-as long as people also use an antihelmintic its all good. Its a preventative, it doesn't treat worms (sorry, am a parasitologist and can't help myself sometimes!)
