Please could someone help there are two sets of pig I wish to buy and they are within 10 miles of each other can I pick both sets up on the same day by seperating them one set in the back of my van the other in my trailor.

i dont know! but better to check with your local animal welfare office, as well as the pig sellers - as theres a possibility of contamination for the 2nd place you go to

Thank you Ive read defras movement laws and I just can't seem to see anything that relates to my problem!!!! I'm either slightly retarded or the laws are very misleading/difficult to follow.

thats why I'd suggest phoning the regional animal health office (only when you've plenty of time free... we're in Derbyshire, been using Stafford office, then when I rang the other day they said you're under Leicester! So be warned... but we've always found them much more helpful than reading defra's rulebook!)
I'm inclined to think you'll need two separate trips, and disinfect the trailer in between, but don't take my word for it

2 trips would be the best.
