Title: WANTED MANGALITSA SHOULDER

Looking for someone who has a farm and sells pure mangalitsa meat. We need a shoulder for a charcuterie master class no later then end Feb, must be able to send it as we are up in Scotland.

Charcuterie master class sounds fun! Try these people (below) - they do mail order and having had some of their meat I can recommend them...

If Bynheulog can't supply you, we can, we're in Cumbria, have fresh meat in the freezer and two more pigs at the abattoir.

Yes would be interested, can you pm with details on how to contact you. We need a customised cut though for the shoulder not the usual cut a british butcher does. but pm me with your number, thanks. :)

We have a herd pure pedigree Mangalitza pigs in Aberdeenshire. We sent 3 big pigs away this week and will send another 3 away next week. Please PM if you are interested.
