Wow! You've found a source of socialised Foula Shetlands then? We'll all be queuing up for some;
Foula Shetland is supposed to be very special fleece :spin: :knit: - I haven't handled any myself, mind.
Tell us more as you get further along ! Please ! And pics, of course, when you get to that point :eyelashes:

Ooh Foula Shetlands - excellent :thumbsup:
We were hands-on with a flock when we were up in Shetland a while ago - all sorts of colours, double fleece, much more primitive looking than modern Shetlands, which have improved, wool only fleece.
As soon as you get them, pics please ;D

Lovely - BUT better get some fences sorted then.... ;D

hehe well i hope my fences will be ok, i breed shetlands ponies so set up for them and have a few friends up there now, so very excited to be getting another native island breed :D Id read the fleece is pretty special and my mind is already working overtime with the possibilities.. not that i knit myself :-\

I'm sure you'll no be short of outstretched hands for the fleeces! But it's not difficult to learn to :spin: and :knit: y'know... :eyelashes:
