Title: Rural estate agents derby / notts / s yorks border area

Can anyone suggest any rural estate agents derby / notts / s yorks border area - may be looking to relocate to between Sheffield and derby this year / next. Will be on look out for 3 bed house with at least 0.67 acre and some outbuildings a bonus

We have just moved from Sheffield to Chesterfield and couldn't find any 'Rural' agents, just had to look at regular agents.
we ended up with a 4bed with about 1/4 acre.

Bagshaws. This is who advertised our land when we bought it. They run the cattle market in bakewell.
