Poor Gobo has been hobbling around for a few days, checked her feet and could find nothing wrong so suspected that giving piggybacks to her overweight nephew was the cause. Vet had a look yesterday and agrees with me so she is now on a course of Metacam.

Poor Gobo, hope she is OK. Pain relive will do her well.
Have you found why she is lame? Ground is getting wet. Maybe rear hoofs softening or cracked? Have you changed their diet now growing greenstuff is getting tin on the ground?
We have two goats and they only seem to suffer of the front legs and need constant seasonal adjustments and treatments. Never have seen back foot lameness. Is she hobblin at the foot or the leg or hind?
