Title: Help needed with hedgelaying
Post by: Fleecewife on December 12, 2014, 07:33:35 pm

Suddenly this year we have far more hedges to lay than we can possibly manage on our own - I think they are mature enough to lay, they're certainly tall enough.  Does anyone know of schemes or agricultural colleges, hedge laying course providers and so on who might be looking for some hedges to lay?  We are in South Lanarkshire, which is in south central Scotland.
Any ideas would be welcome   :tree: :tree: :tree: :tree: :tree: :tree: :tree: :tree: :tree: :tree:

Speak to the btcv, British trust conservation voluenteers , they run courses on hedge laying and need hedges to lay. I went on one of their courses it was great fun, cost me about £100, but was a very social occasion !

I think they will be after charging you too.

Cheeky folk  :o  Still, I suppose we would get hedges layed as well as we could do it.  I'll try them.  Thanks stufe35
