Had some sleet showers on Friday morning and wouldn't be surprised to see more tomorrow, looking at the weather forecast.

About 4" (10cm for young folk  :) ) overnight but it's been gently thawing all day, so about 2" now.  Just starting to freeze, but that rain is forecast for here tomorrow too, after a very cold night.  Fun on the roads in the morning - rain on ice. Take care.

Nope just wind and driving rain, I hope it doesn't snow! In 2011 the farm lane was a few feet deep in snow and treacherous. The wind is bitterly cold though.

We had wet snow/sleet at the house this morning about 6am which then promptly froze.
Tried one route over the hill to C/Angus and that was blocked by a lorry stuck on the hill.  The other route was very snowy and slippy but I got to where I wanted to get too.
The rest of the day was snow up high and sleet low down.
I do love winter weather  :excited:

A dusting here in north wales. It rained heavily over night followed by a couple of hours of snow. I think we got off lightly!
