I am wondering around what price i should be paying for a purebred pedigree 3 year old Aberdeen angus cow from good bloodlines.
-
i know you would have done this but have you checked the breed society. good luck.
-
Yes have checked but only could find prices for trophy winning and show cows which were very expensive.
-
Most agricultural marts post sale reports saying what sold for how much - might be a bit of a slog trawling through them though.

Is she in calf? If not how long ago did she calf? Why is she not back in calf?

is the local market to me,
-
hi when I was looking for one the average price seemed to be between £700 to £800
hope this helps

As I have posted several times buy a Farmers Weekly the last weeks stock market realisations are listed as is the corn potatoes etc: If you are like me go in the big book shop and have a look and put it back.
-
it also depends if she is pedigree. pedigree cattle of around that age are between £1000 and £1500 however top show quality could be much more
-
no idea ;D but with dexters it makes a big difference if their registered or unregisterd re cost

our cow loved a cup (well bucket of tea) and a natter ;)
