Run a strand of electric fence round the inside using isolators on stalks that screw into your fenceposts

A cheaper option to expensive isolators is cutting 8" sections of alchotthane pipe ,drill 2 holes at one end 3/4" apart then turn through 90 degrees and drill the hole for the electric cable use the 2 hole to nail onto the post ! Job done at a fraction of the cost !!!

put a couple of posts in the field for them to rub on instead. Its natural to want a good scratch especially when they're changing coats, wet or midgy so offering a good alternative usually saves the fence
