Title: FS: "The Self-Sufficientish Bible", H/B Book

It's a long story, but I've ended up with two copies of this (excellent) book (http://www.eco-logicbooks.com/index.cfm?fa=book_details&book_id=1041). This is the hard-back edition, in basically new condition except for a couple of very small marks (from the shop) on the back cover.
