Title: keys for new unit 3rd November

Hi guys

Having keys to our new food processing unit 3rd November (at long last) !!!
So far been travelling 3 hours daily to make Salami, Charcuterie products, out of our own farmed animals.
But been at the Welsh Food Centre - so the best of everything I believe I gained there !
2 years in the happening here we come !!!!!

Will be taking bookings from January - making the most out of your animals !
Will be able to make sausages, burgers, dry cured bacon, cured products and Salami.

Also packing facilities will be available !

Basic legal requirements apply (have your meat delivered to me straight from slaughter house)
I will do the rest !
