I'm sorry I can't help but they aren't common names so once you get on the track I am thinking it wouldn't be too difficult.

www.scotlandspeople.com (http://www.scotlandspeople.com)
Or if you can get to Edinburgh its cheaper to go in on a visitor ticket as checks are included and online you for every record whether the right one or a false lead.
My sister and I tracked an 1850 record we'd never managed and it turned out there was an illegitimate baby recorded under the father surname but brought up under the mothers family name which was actually a third Christian name on the certificate! Fascinating snapshot we were delighted to find after family myths and mystery for 3 generations.
Hope you have a great search.

Hi jtfarms are you in Aberdeenshire? The library service has free access to the library edition of Ancestry.com you need to be a member and do your research in a library - if you want to use scotlands people as suggested above you can buy vouchers at a discounted rate at your library too. The headquarters local history will also undertake research on your behalf which is free for the first hours worth then a charge applies therafter. If your not in Aberdeenshire then I would be fairly certain that your local library service would offer the Ancestry option. Iveused the free version in the library and lets you see original census returns etc - the home version you have to pay to view.

Antohte warning before the adiction takes ovee
A man pats the child on it's head and says, " That's my son.
The woman pats the child on the head and says , " That's my son ".
Folks .. That's th difference between faith & confidence , genealogy & Jewish family lines .
Jews run the female line , not the male line
