Title: movements

I have my movement book, holding register and waiting till the sheep arrive to apply for my flock number. Thought I was sorted but landlord informs me he is the registered keeper and not myself as I believed. Can anyone clarify? Surely they belong there me and I am responsible therefore I sign it?  ???

Are they on your CPH number or his?
