Not until a faecal egg count says they need it...(or maybe do an individual who is scouring) ......... which with adult sheep not kept intensively could be up to a year. Routine worming should not be done it encourages resistant worms.

I would nt worm again til the spring now with adults, or like wEllies says unless there is scouring or count done.  I may be barking up the wrong tree but I'm sure there s a connection between using oramec and then NOT being able to use ovispec after it, for some reason check it out, but saying that these days most people use heptavac.   Ask your vet about what they think if you are unsure, they may say do them again for fluke, they may say leave it,  due to resistance.   or speak to your animal health advisor/wormer dispenser at your local farmers co op.

Here we are doing the lambs, they're a different story, we ve chosen Noromectin(clear)  after being advised by CCF (local co op)  s officer. They had combinex last time.
