Title: Black Welsh Mountain Ram for Sale

Registered Black Welsh Mountain ram for sale:
St Brides Percy - 2 years old.  Sire Monkton Nelson.

Beefy chap, in good health, keen to work and has *lovely* temperament, very calm.  Heptavac'd. Halter trained.  Would make excellent ram to put on ewe lambs or first time lambers.
Must sell as he's too related to my current stock now, and I don't really want to have to eat him as he's sooo lovely :) .  £100, or reasonable offers.

Thanks, yes he is lovely.  Not top spec in terms of breed standard, but a super boy, beefy, robust and easy to manage.

Is he related to the two girls I bought off you last year? Might be interested in a swap if you wanted fresh blood? Got a Whiteparish ram from Mrs Brain near Salisbury. Using him this year, going on hire then may look to change next year.

I wasn't sure if I could make it, so couldn't book him in for the sale (have to book in a month in advance).

How about putting him into the coloured sheep sale at Llandovery at the end of Sept. Officially their entries closed on 15th August but they have just accepted an entry from me so may take yours if you are very quick.

I assume you have tried Preloved. Sold my Coloured Ryeland ram from there on Sat.
