Hi, anybody interested in rehoming our tup, for a pet only? He's a lovely lad, approximately 3 years old, good temperament, cream in colour, good set of horns. Unfortunately we no longer have the space for him. Please note he's not registered with the Ouessant Society.

Where are you/
-
Between Doncaster and Scunthorpe (South Yorkshire).

Not too far from me, then we are near the South Yorkshire border. Not sure my castrated Shetland sheep would take to another, although he is fine with the goats and llama etc.
-
Its difficult to say how they'll get on. Our ram is currently with two ouessant ewes (albeit separated) and occasionally we do let them in together under supervision! He definitely needs some male company. He has a lovely nature, though how he would reacte with yours is hard to say! You are welcome to come and see him!
Thanks

We do have plenty of male company - both castrated and entire billy goats, the llama, the pet sheep, and the small pony who is a gelding.

All my male animals are horned, well except for the pony and the llama of course! Shetland sheep seems to get on with all of them, and even goes in the stable with the small pony. He did live with a flock of sheltland sheep and a tup, and got along fine.

We got our ram from a zoo and so he was with a flock. He still has his horns and is fine when we put him in with the ewes, but its so difficult to say what he would be like with male company! If you want to send me your email address I can forward some pictures of him to you.
Regards
Sarah
