Title: Frozen Croissants
Post by: ZacB on August 18, 2014, 08:01:56 am
Has anyone come across (or even know if they exist!) frozen croissants that you take out of the freezer, allow to prove for a few hours & then bake ???

Especially almond ones......one of life's little luxuries every so often  :innocent:

We can buy them at our local Charlie's stores in mid-Wales and it looks like both Waitrose and  Sainsburys do them (the plain ones - not almond)

Yes, yummy. Lots of "farm shop" type places do them, they have big chest freezers with glass tops, they usually also sell frozen fruit.  I think they are by "http://www.field-fare.com (http://www.field-fare.com/)" (you check for local stockists on their website).

But now i know that Sains & Waitrose do them I'll be going there!! :D
