Not near Shotts you won't.... looking at the map it is right next to M8, hence less than 200k for a 4-bed house :innocent:

But with good fencing and sound protection - acoustic fencing and glazing it wouldn't be a problem - i have a railway on one side and a bypass on the other.  Ten foot sound barrier fencing on railway side, leylandii trees on teh other, 6 foot garden fencing - all quite cosy.  :innocent:

I can't afford it, I couldn't cope with the land and my OH wouldn't come with me. And that's just a start. Can dream though.  :D :D
