I think this is GREAT for getting the kids to sleep on xmas eve -
"Look, Santa's on his way, you'd better get to sleep or he'll not be able to leave your presents" - works a treat  ;) ;D ;D ;D

I'm sure Santa isn't too bothered about being tracked by NORAD. It's not like they could successfully intercept anything anyway!
