Title: Winter preparation list started

This is my list so far for making life easier in the winter

Order logs
Lay slabs at goat shed doors to prevent quagmire
More outside lights
Order 2 calor gas bottles
More mastick in eaves to help prevent draughts


No doubt much more will be added, l

OH going in for further surgery (12th op in 13 months)in 4 weeks so really need to get as much done in next month as poss as his recovery will be long and slow, also he can't be amongst animals for risk of infection so must crack on

I don't want to think about the W word. I'm enjoying all this heat too much.


Hope the op goes well though and that you are ok managing everything on your own.

Thanks for all the luck everyone, I should cope at home but getting these jobs done will make it easier.
